Bluefield State Ženy vyhrali tri majstrovstvá konferencie WVIAC, v rokoch 2012, 2013 a 2014. Tím sa tiež päťkrát prebojoval do turnaja NCAA Division II, v rokoch 2012, 2013, 2014, 2018 a 2019.
