The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association owned by Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. It debuted in the league in the 2006–07 PBA season after acquiring the franchise rights of the Shell Turbo Chargers in 2006, which disbanded after the 2004–05 PBA season.

From 1996 to 2006, the franchise played in the Philippine Basketball League, carrying the name Welcoat House Paints, Welcoat Paintmasters and the St. Benilde-Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, winning a total of six championships.

Filipínsky basketbalový tím "Rain Or Shine" je profesionálny basketbalový tím, ktorý hrá v Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), najvyššej profesionálnej basketbalovej lige na Filipínach. Tím so sídlom v Pasig City, Metro Manila, bol založený v roku 2006.

Rain or Shine vlastnia spoločnosti San Miguel Corporation a PLDT Inc. Tím je známy svojimi úspechmi v PBA, pričom vyhral PBA Commissioner's Cup v roku 2012 a PBA Governors' Cup v rokoch 2016 a 2019.

Hráči Rain or Shine sú známi svojím atletickým a rýchlym štýlom hry. Tím vedie tréner Yeng Guiao, ktorý je jedným z najuznávanejších trénerov v PBA. Medzi pozoruhodných hráčov Rain or Shine patria Gabe Norwood, James Yap, Beau Belga a Raymond Almazan.
