Bankstown Bruins is a NBL1 East club based in Sydney, New South Wales. The club fields a team in the Men's NBL1 East. The club is a division of Bankstown Basketball Association (BBA), the major administrative basketball organisation in the region. The Bruins play their home games at Bankstown Basketball Stadium.
Basketbalový tím Bankstown Bruins z Austrálie je súčasťou Národnej basketbalovej ligy (NBL). Nachádza sa v Sydney v Novom Južnom Walese a svoje domáce zápasy hrá v športovom centre Bankstown. Bruins boli založené v roku 1982 a stali sa jedným z najúspešnejších tímov v histórii NBL, keď získali šesť šampionátov (1985, 1987, 1993, 2000, 2004 a 2006). Tím je známy svojou agresívnou obranou a rýchlym protiútokom. Bruins majú silnú základňu fanúšikov a sú známi svojou vášnivou podporou.
